Question: Eos canon rebel sx,nikon d3000, or canon g10?

Difficult decision...Simple question on SLR cameras. i need the opinions on my professional photographers out there! :) I've been attached to the canon g10 lately but once i was able to pool in more money..i'm considering on purchasing the other ones over G10. which is more preferred or worth the 500-600 dollars?
